• A New Year, a New Chapter for the DISCLOSE Trial

  We are pleased to close the first year of the DISCLOSE Trial, having successfully randomized 40 participants across two centers: Tampere University Hospital and Viborg Regional Hospital, following the start of recruitment in August. We are now excited to move into the next phase of the trial. Five new centers are ready to begin recruitment: Tartu University Hospital, Helsinki University Hospital, Kuopio University Hospital, Oulu University Hospital, and Hämeenlinna Central Hospital.

  Yesterday marked a major milestone for the trial. Our recruitment team at Tampere University Hospital successfully enrolled four patients in a single day! A big thank you to our dedicated team members, Antti Lahtinen and Henri Nygren, for their outstanding efforts and commitment.

  We are excited to share that the DISCLOSE trial has received final approval from the Ethics Committee of Tampere University Hospital. With this important milestone achieved, we are now one step closer to launching participant recruitment!
